Hi Alex, you previously asked us about solar panels. Are you still considering solar for your property?

Yes, we put it on hold before. We’d like to look at solar again.

Happy to help. Let’s check your location and plans, then arrange a solar consultation.

01

Solar Lead Review

We review past solar enquiries, unconverted quotes and available contact details to assess whether your database is suitable.

02

Data Preparation

Historical records are reviewed for permitted use, contact permissions and prior opt outs before eligible records are prepared for the agreed campaign.

03

Reactivation & Follow Up

Eligible solar prospects are contacted through agreed channels to find out whether they are still interested in an installation.

04

Qualification

We check current solar interest, property decision authority, service area and the other criteria agreed with your team.

05

Booking

Suitable prospects knowingly agree to a solar consultation in your calendar or agreed sales process.

06

Attendance & Recovery

Attendance is tracked. Reschedules and no shows are followed up according to the campaign process.

07

Attribution & Reconciliation

Results are reconciled so both parties understand which appointments qualify for billing.

Clarity at every stage

WHAT COUNTS AS QUALIFIED

An appointment is only
useful if it’s the right one.

A qualified solar appointment is an agreed consultation with a property owner or authorised decision maker who meets your campaign criteria and actually attends.

We agree your service area, property requirements, installation scope and prospect criteria before reactivation begins. A consultation does not guarantee a sale or confirm technical suitability.

FAQ

The details,
without the guesswork.

Clear expectations from the first conversation.

What is solar lead reactivation?

It means revisiting past solar enquiries and quotes that did not convert, checking whether eligible contacts are still interested, and qualifying suitable prospects for a new solar consultation.

Who do you work with?

We currently work exclusively with solar installers and solar businesses that have a database of past enquiries or unconverted quotes and a team ready to handle consultations. Your Solar Lead Review establishes whether your records and sales process are a suitable fit.

What counts as a qualified appointment?

A property owner or authorised decision maker meets your agreed solar criteria, knowingly agrees to the consultation and actually attends. Service area, property requirements, interest and any timing criteria are agreed before launch. Your installation team confirms technical suitability separately.

What happens if someone doesn’t show up?

No show appointments are not charged. We follow the agreed recovery process, including rescheduling where appropriate. A rescheduled appointment is only billable once the qualified prospect actually attends.

Do I pay for duplicates or out of scope appointments?

No. Duplicates and clearly out of scope appointments do not qualify for billing. Results are reconciled against the criteria agreed for your campaign.

How much does DBR cost?

Pricing depends on your solar campaign, appointment type and qualification criteria. The pilot has no setup fee or mandatory retainer. The model is performance based, with billing tied to Qualified Attended Appointments.

How many contacts can you reactivate?

The initial 30 day solar pilot covers up to 500 approved historical solar lead records. The Solar Lead Review determines which records are suitable and what the pilot should include.

How quickly can a campaign launch?

Campaign launch begins once the required data, access, compliance checks and approvals are ready. We agree the preparation steps with you before launch.

Do you work with old customers or just old leads?

The core offer focuses on past solar enquiries and quotes that did not become installations. If your database includes previous customers, we can assess those records separately against the agreed campaign scope and permissions.

Which communication channels do you use?

Channels are agreed for each campaign based on the available contact data and relevant permissions. They may include SMS, email or WhatsApp, supported by AI assisted conversations and systematic follow up where appropriate.

How do you handle data and compliance?

A previous enquiry does not automatically give permission for marketing. We review permitted use, channel permissions and prior opt outs before outreach. Campaign scope, data processing terms and qualification criteria are agreed before a campaign begins. Requirements depend on the records, channels and jurisdictions involved.
